This course is intended for those who require a tool to manage their project plans, have a basic awareness of project management principles, and are in charge of producing and changing project plans. Additionally, it is meant for someone with a rudimentary grasp of Microsoft Project.

Prerequisites:

Overview

This instructor-led course is designed for anyone who want to get more technical know-how and proficiency with Microsoft Project. After a brief recap of the fundamentals of Microsoft Project, the course walks students through all the features they’ll need to plan and oversee a small- to medium-sized project, including how to level resources and track schedule and cost progress.

In order to successfully plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget, participants will gain more experience with the program, delve deeper into more advanced techniques, and spend more time reviewing project management concepts. This course is designed to be a follow-up to our Microsoft Project Level 1 course.

The goal of this course is to acquaint you with Microsoft Project Professional’s sophisticated features and functionalities so that you may utilize it successfully and efficiently in practical settings.
The advanced information and abilities required for a project manager are covered in the level 2 training sessions.
